Camp NoBeBoSco , Blairstown, NJ Sunday, 19 July - Saturday, 25 July It’s time to start planning for summer camp, if you haven’t done so already! As in other years, both the troop and the camp need to plan appropriately. It’s important for us to register an accurate number of scouts as early as possible to ensure that the right size campsite for our troop is reserved. This year registration will be done by submitting a permission slip and a deposit. The fee for camping this summer is $290.00 if your final payment is received by April 13, 2009. If your final payment is received after April 13, 2009, the fee is $320.00 and is on a space available basis.. Webelos crossing over will receive the discounted rate of $290.00. An additional fee of approximately $35.00 for transportation to and from camp will be due on a date to be announced later. If you would like to attend summer camp this year, please return the attached permission slip along with a $90 deposit by March 16, 2009. Deposits will not be accepted without the signed permission slip. The final payment of $200 is due by April 13, 2009. Please be advised that this year the Firearms Permission Slip has been included on the general permission slip. Please be advised that BSA has discontinued the use of the Class I, II & III medical form and replaced it with the Annual BSA Health and Medical Form. This form is good for one year only. Please return the Annual BSA Health and Medical form no later than June 1, 2009.
